Who can have Agile Outgoing Octopus: homes on Octopus. It needs a smart meter that records export, and panels with an MCS-certified installation or a home battery.
The 4pm–7pm peak pays most, when panels make little – so it's for a home battery: keep enough for the house first (the evening's import costs more), and export what's left at the peak. Octopus Energy also pays for what a battery charged from the grid overnight. The battery's times →
Without a battery, panels export mostly around midday, when Agile Outgoing Octopus pays about 16.6p tomorrow – less than the peak, and less than a flat rate in summer, when midday is cheap. Your home works out which export tariff pays your panels most over a year.

How this works
Agile Outgoing pays a new price every half hour, set from the same wholesale market as Agile's import prices and published with them at about 4pm. Until then, tomorrow's is our estimate, marked as such – a guide, not the price you'll be paid.
